Coach Kristi

Kristi has been a personal trainer for the past 7 years and currently works side-by-side with Meredith at an Anytime Fitness. She is an exercise enthusiast, a health and wellness advocate, with a passion for helping other people lead healthier, more vibrant lives.  She believes that with the right support and guidance, you can achieve any goal! She is the proud Mom of two almost grown college students. In her spare time, you'll find Kristi outside walking, running, hiking, kayaking or anything near the water!

Coach Amanda

With a background as a former business owner and a lifelong passion for fitness, Amanda is dedicated to helping individuals achieve and surpass their fitness and nutrition goals. Her fitness journey began in middle school, where she excelled in track and field. Later, she developed a strong interest in traditional bodybuilding and a fascination with body recomposition through nutrition. Amanda derives immense satisfaction from witnessing her clients accomplish their goals and overcome both physical and mental obstacles. In her leisure time, she engages in jiu-jitsu training. Having experienced firsthand the challenges of being a beginner in the weight room, Amanda is well-equipped to assist women in overcoming their apprehensions. She is excited to embark on this new chapter of her career, where she can provide personalized training and nutrition guidance to her clients.

With a Master's degree in Exercise Physiology, years of experience working in cardiac rehab, a Personal Training Certification & a NAMS Certified Nutrition Coach, Kristen brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to help you achieve your goals. Kristen is passionate about helping people live healthier, happier lives. She's committed to providing personalized guidance and support to help you reach your full potential.
