The Diet Doc Movement has been so much more than just a diet. It has provided me with a sustainable lifestyle. I never felt like I was depriving myself of anything and I was still able to enjoy life with friends without feeling guilty. The Metabolic Map Program flew by but I have learned more about proper nutrition, exercise, mindset and much more in the last 6 months than I have my whole life (and I even have a bachelors degree in exercise science). I lost 25 pounds and plan to continue to lose more utilizing the tools and information that I have learned through this process. Alexa and Meredith are AWESOME and have played a huge roll in my success. “Do you like the way you look? Perhaps you have a health issue that you want to do more than take medication? Well, that’s where I was at - frustrated, discouraged and not sure where to turn to lose the weight.

Last November my doctor was demanding that I lose more weight or that I would have to increase my Type 2 Diabetes medication. My A1C blood test was at a 6.9 after having come down from 7.4 in May 2019. I had previously lost 34-40lbs but he was still lecturing me to continue to lose more. Talk about discouraging! So, I asked him HOW as I felt as though I was already trying to. He told me to find a diet that you can eat real food and follow there instructions. I was skeptical about trying a diet program but I told him I knew of one, The Diet Doc Movement.

I worked on this program through Thanksgiving, through Christmas and I was losing weight. By early January I was able to cut my medication in half. By May I had lost an additional 15lbs and my A1C improved to a 6.4! How did that happen? I listened to the video’s from The Diet Doc everyday and exercised. I made a conscience effort to monitor my carbs (due to my diabetes) and eat real food - I found out this change was easily sustainable. My doctor asked how I did it and I told him that ‘The Diet Doc Movement deserves the credit.’
